Brief introduction
My name is Marius and I am a Romanian freelancer web designer. This is a brief presentation of my core business and its key features and I’ve established it primarily as a home page to address my freelancing projects. It’s a nutshell presentation of my main website, Imago WebWorks, which is addressed to the Romanian market and therefore doesn’t have an English version.
Since most of my international accounts and projects are received thru my accounts on international freelancing websites and apps (and that’s most likely how you’ve got here, too) I feel there is no need to elaborate this presentation further – so, I’ll keep it as simple as this layout. You will find no prices here, no quotations or other financial information or commercial offers.

Services overview
I can meet all the demands for a complete online presence for most types of websites, in an one-stop-shop approach:
- web design – both static and dynamic, responsive designs, from simple presentation websites to e-commerce solutions;
- web hosting – my standard plan's storage is starting from 250 MB and includes 1 Gb traffic;
- website administration – certain conditions apply and will require separate agreements;
- graphic logos or short animations – I can develop company logos and various animations;
- Search Engine Optimization – all websites will come with basic SEO attributes (i.e. tags, keywords, sitemaps, etc.) and we can develop accordingly;
- domain reseller – mostly for .com or .ro domains.

I can start a project from scratch, develop from an advanced draft that you have or even completey re-design your existing website, depending on your request. However there are certain programming languages and graphic design software that I’m not accustomed to or I'm not proficient with (learning is a continuous process, right?) so I’ll always be frank to admitting my own limitations. Rest assured I’ll not accept any project that exceeds my current knowledge or skills, so you won’t be delayed or frustrated in any way.
Privacy, discretion and content rules
I value your privacy as much as I do mine, so your information will not be shared with anyone without your explicit consent.
My trademark, banners or back-links to my website will not be placed on your website or other delivered product without your explicit consent either. Any work done for you will not be advertised by me on this or other websites without prior and explicit agreement from your part.
I also value my trademark, so there will be cases when I will not place my banners or a back-link to my website on delivered products, no questions asked. I will also not host certain types of websites (i.e. adult oriented or warez, but not limited to these categories).
The delivered content, either written content or graphic is going to be always your responsibility. This responsibility extends to content accuracy, correctness, formatting, protection against copyright infringement, grammar and spelling, lawful compliance, etc. I take no responsibility in the effective contents of your website whatsoever. For contents written in any other language than English, French or Italian I will require an English translation of the written materials in .pdf format with your information embedded. Even if I am fluent in English, French and Italian I will not spell-check, correct or alter your content in any way. It will be processed as delivered by you.
If you require any content development from my part such as online marketing or even sales pitches, Romanian translations or any other form of original content elaboration – that is possible, but it will be the object of a totally different service than advertised here and it will be treated separately.
I value your privacy as much as I do mine, so your information will not be shared with anyone without your explicit consent.

Payment and delivery details
As a general rule I only accept PayPal and bank transfers.
Every project I work on requires a downpayment, usually 40 percent of the total value. If the project will be canceled by me you will be fully refunded or reimbursed. If you’ll cancel the project after I’ve presented at least 40 percent completion of the agreed tasks you will not be refunded or compensated in any way.
The remaining due amount will be paid upon delivery, with no delay. All the products will be considered to remain in my exclusive propriety until total payment has been fulfilled, regardless of the percentage of their development.
I will deliver all the finished products electronically – via ftp or other way of accessing dedicated online storage accounts hosted on my server. I will not use public file share or file transfer websites to send any information. Reviewing the intermediate stages of your project will be possible by accessing the links that I will provide. I do not send hard copies (CDs, DVDs, etc) of finished projects as a general rule. If needs be all expenses for any physical delivery will be covered by you.
Any project I work on includes a general margin of no more than 10 to 15 percent for minor tweaks and adjustments. Exceeding this margin will require an additional fee, usually no more than 30 percent of the total value of the initial project, but dependant from case to case. This is a protection measure I’m forced to take to prevent some undecided clients abusing my time. (i.e.: if you generally know what you want and you change your mind here and there a little bit, but keep up with the general lines of the project we’ve agreed upon – that’s fine, no additional charges whatsoever. But if when everything is almost ready or already delivered you decide that you want to turn around your entire concept / website – I’ll respect your option, but not do it for the same amount of money. Fair enough, I guess.)
